Password Protect Folder with MySecretFolder^™

If you have a folder that contains your personal files and documents that you don't want other users to see, you can use MySecretFolder software to lock a folder of your choice from other users. Just create a folder (as a subfolder of the My Documents folder, for example), to keep your personal documents, then run the configuration utility of MySecretFolder, select the folder that you want to be secret, select the Lock folder with password method, and when you press the Protect button MySecretFolder will protect the folder with a password.

How does the password protection work?

If you have password-protected folder with MySecretFolder software, then if someone attepts to open the folder with Windows Explorer, a password prompt appears on the screen:

Only if the user knows the password you have set up with the configuration utility of MySecretFolder, the folder will open.

What if I forget my password?
